3. Booking and Payment
1. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our online platform.
2. Payment terms are specified in the invoice provided by EKA Cleaning LTD.
3. Failure to make payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
1. Clients must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling, as specified in the service agreement.
2. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Quality Assurance
1. EKA Cleaning LTD strives to deliver high-quality services. If clients are dissatisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
2. Re-cleanings or refunds may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
6. Liability and Insurance
